This Has To Stop Now

Everyday I look in the Graphics Forum and I see people selling layouts, demanding mp when the layouts are in fact made from a generator. Plus I also see a lot of people stealing layouts, and the coding. I am just tired of this. And I bet everyone finds it annoying also. I just don't get why people have enough jealousy over others that they would actually have the nerve to steal, and come across UN-noticed. It just makes me and everyone else very angry having to find their work being sold for mp. I have never had my work stolen, but I can't even imagine the feeling.
I can't even get a layout anymore. Good layouts are scarce.
