First off Jo, your the best for trying to do that for people who can't afford stuff.
Second, I think Staples just needs to be more active, and more chatting.
Third, what I really like about Staples is that there is no 'chat terms' sometimes it is hard for people to understand those terms. Plus, really nice people!(:
