No. it cant be. She went over the letter over and over again as tears ran down her face,

" Dear Mrs Bennett,
It is very unreal for you to hear this and we are very sorry we couldn't tell you in person but your husband, Mr. Mac R. Bennett, is KIA. We found him with a note that said that he loved his country and swore to defend it but he didn't sign up to lose his life. He also wrote that he loved his wife and his family and to give thanks for making his life worthwhile. We are sorry for this loss.

Sincerely,
The National Goverment "

She read the words over and over. She cant belive it. It is so untrue to her. The crush they had on each other when they were kids and the love they felt when they were adults. She wished she could touch his skin one last time,

All Respect,
Mac R. Bennett

ok. here's is a story for all of the story lovers. if you like love stories than you probably won't like this one. Ok, ok gather 'round.this was a story from world war 2 diary. My grandfathers journal of everything. i tried to make a picutre in my mind of the things that happened by reading the book. Ok, i will tell it as best as i can.

"We have just landed in the foriegn country and we stormed the beach. It was horrible and i hardly want to recall the events. We got off the boat and the first thing everyone of us hear is screaming for help. Orders are screamed in our ear and we rush off, all not ready for the experience that lies ahead. I shoot the enemy and the man drops. I shoot again hearing only gunfire and death. I run with my members of the squad. One of the men falls and i run over him. We repeatly move forward with only stoping by the words of the commander. I shoot another and another. It is horrible. Blood is soaked in my pantleg. I've been shot but am still able to run. I throw my only gernade and see the explosion. I reload my gun and i move yet again. Only three members of the squad left. I see the comander's blood as he is shot in the face... Im glad that day is over. We have taken cover in an old abondened shed that is barely big enough. There is a nock at the do..." My grandfather and his squad were instantly killed by an enemy gernade. i post this in honer and hope that everyone will stop with their wicked ways.

All respect,

Mac R. Bennett
